I-AM-Presence Decree

Decree with the full force of your being:

“By Divine Decree, with the power, the essence and the Love of God-Goddess-All-That-Is and Elohim Grace, I invoke my Beloved I-AM-Presence to fully anchor within my physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and all of my energy bodies, merging completely with me as One. Charge these bodies and personality with my Divine Essence, Function, Rhythm, my Divine Mission and Holy Purpose. And so it is!

I AM that I AM, I AM that I AM, I AM that I AM! I AM I AM I AM!”

Now invoke the Soul Mantra:

“I am the Soul, I am the Light Divine,
I am Love, I am Will, I am Fixed Design”.

Do the whole invocation 3 times. (Manifestation/creation happens with threes – like Father/Mother/Child. You may add other words of power and mantras to accelerate your vibration, such as: Soul I AM, I AM Presence I AM, So Ham (I am God), God I AM, Elohim I AM, HU, AUM, OM…)

As you say this decree, see and feel your I-AM-Presence descending into you, anchoring deep within your Being, merging with your energy bodies, charging and activating them. Feel your re-connection with your Divine Soul, the Group Soul Energy that you truly are. Look and feel deep within your heart and feel this I-AM-Presence that you truly are.

(After a time you may feel drawn to simplify things quite a bit, for instance, you may begin this invocation without the formal invocations and just say, “I call forth my I-AM- Presence…)

Meditations for Clearing and Widening the
Central Canal and Building the AnTaKaRaNa (Rainbow Bridge)

The Triangulation Meditation

(thought form/psychic debris release and chakra activation)

The Triangulation Meditation uses your Soul Star to clear your central canal of emotional/mental baggage, thought forms and psychic energies that are not in alignment with your Soul. It also clears and activates your chakras, connecting them with and to your soul.

Visualize the Soul Star as a brilliant star situated about six inches above your head. Say the Soul Mantra three times while concentrating on the Soul Star.

“I am the Soul, I am the Monad, I am the Light Divine,
I am Love, I am Will, I am Fixed Design”

Move your Soul Star diagonally forward and down to a position one foot in front of your third eye. Then bring the Soul Star straight back to the center of your head into the central canal and chakra column. Pause your Soul Star here for a bit, feeling it activating your pineal pituitary hypothalamus glands, (your crown, 3rd/4th eye complex). Feel it activating healing and growing these glands/chakras and the dormant portions of your brain. Feel it creating the energetic connections for full brain and glandular capacity. Now bring your Soul Star back up to six inches above your head.

Repeat this same process of creating the triangle with the third eye one more time.

And continue repeating a similar process for each chakra center, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, root, knees, link chakra (between the knees), the chakras in the soles of your feet, and the Earth Star, which is about 6 inches (one hand length), below your feet in the ground.

Move the Soul Star very slowly and specifically, pausing at each chakra, feeling it do its work of clearing and activating. Feel it burning away all the stagnant old thought forms and psychic energies. Do this triangulation method two times for each chakra.

You may expand upon this meditation by building a triangle to your soul, above your Soul Star, then directly to your Monad/God-Presence, which is directionally and dimensionally higher, but also more inward. You may also include various mantras and words of power at this point to energetically accelerate the process.

The Whirlwind (Cyclone/Tornado) Meditation

The Whirlwind Meditation (or tornado meditation, as I like to call it), is designed to clear your etheric, astral, mental and emotional bodies of psychic debris, negative thought forms, and stagnant energy. This debris is there from relationships and the psychic barrage of social consciousness. Other stuff is from past lives, soul extensions, aspects, your genetic lineage…, and some of it is in your aura because it was brought up from doing the Triangulation Meditation or other meditations in order to be cleared and healed. The vortex carries the limited energies down to the lower kingdoms for their use and into the inner earth and beyond to source for transmutation into higher levels.

All Ascension, enlightenment, awakening, activation, creation…, happens sacred geometrically through and with a vortex, or toroid energy, (“black hole”). This tornado is created by infinitely embedded shareable Golden Mean heart/love spirals. (Or in our case, we will create Fibonacci Spirals, which are similar to Golden Mean spirals. More on that in my other books. Also, more information see Dan Winter’s work, SoulInvitation.com, and Drunvalo’s Flower of Life books). This is how tornados are created. All creation creates in this manner, through a cascading ascending spiral. In this case we will utilize this creation vortex to cleanse our auras of psychic and other debris. (This can include etheric implants, disembodied spirits, elementals…). So, since your soul is a master of creation, you can utilize this spiritual tornado of creation, of your soul, to clear and activate your energy fields. It is comprised of the divine love/light of your soul. I also like to incorporate the Violet Fire with this for extra special clearing.

The Vortex, cyclone, tornado technology, also functions in a way similar to a vacuum. We have all seen the movies or even personally witnessed the power of tornadoes and cyclones and their ability to suck up anything in their path and basically create or destroy anything. Three forces enter into the formation of a tornado: gravity, centrifugal force (outward-dispersion) and centripetal (inward-attractive) force. With these three in balance, they can create or destroy anything. With such cascading exponentially expanding force in the upper spirals, a giant vacuum is created which sucks up anything in it’s path like a giant Hoover vacuum cleaner.

Fibonacci Spiral

To Invoke your Spiritual Tornado:

Say the Soul Mantra three times:

“I am the Soul, I am the Monad, I am the Light Divine,
I am Love, I am Will, I am Fixed Design”

Now say, "By Divine Decree, and in the wisdom of the soul,
I invoke the Spiritual Tornado!”

“I also invoke the Violet Fire, the Silver Ray of Grace and the Platinum Ray to cleanse and clear anything that is not in complete alignment with my Soul Signature”

“And I call upon Archangel Michael to dissolve all negative cords of attachment that are connecting me to anyone, anything, any memory or occurrence…, through space time and dimension.”

”And I call upon the Karmic board for karmic absolution between myself and any of these elements.”

See/visualize a funnel/tornado above your head, with the small end beginning at the top of your head in your AnTaKaRaNa, in your crown/pineal center. See it also combined with the Violet Fire. See it/make it as big as your entire energy field and let your soul create it at the perfect size, color, and speed to move.

See this tornado spinning and descending into you. Bring it down through your entire auric field, cleansing away all the psychic debris, emotional baggage…, everything that is not in divine alignment with your soul. See this vortex and take this debris deep into the crystalline core of the Earth. This tornado then disappears. This debris is transmuted by the earth core and inner earth temple workers, through and back to source.

Check to see if one tornado cleared everything, if not invoke another one until you feel extremely clear. You may invoke as many as needed, but invoke a new tornado each time. (JD Stone recommends from 3 to 7 whirlwinds each time for 3 to 5 minutes).

I recommend that you do this first thing in the morning to start your day, and at the end of the day, especially before bed, to clear any crap you have acquired throughout the day. You may also use this throughout the day to clear anything you have picked up from those people and the psychic environment around you, so that you will remain clear all day. This is especially useful if there is any emotional stuff up for you or if you are having a conflict with someone. In these cases the psychic debris can be immense and in definite need of clearing so that you can remain centered.

As you get more confident, you may increase the size of this tornado to include your entire Light Body, which is as big as the universe of universes. See this giant vortex clearing and cleansing your entire beingness, across space time and dimension, removing all that is not in accordance with your Divine Beingness. See the Angels taking all of this old baggage back to Source.

The corkscrew meditation is designed to clear, open and widen your Antakarana to at least the size of your head. (I prefer to go further to encompass the entire body which is detailed in my Antakarana meditation). This “corkscrew” is also a Golden Mean spiral. In this case it is brought up from below, with the help of the earth, to widen your channel connecting you to the Earth Star. It is similar to the triangulation meditation, but in this case you use only one triangle from your earth star chakra.

The building of your Antakarana to the core of the earth, (Earth Star) is extremely important especially for the many awakening masters who have done much work in opening up their higher centers and chakras, but have neglected their lower ones and are very ungrounded. Often this manifests as feeling lost and disconnected from the earth, (the stranger in a strange land syndrome). Also being disconnected from their own bodies. People who have meditated a lot often experience this, many of which are disconnected from their emotional bodies and Ka body.

Activating this column and connecting it from the crown, (soul star) to the earth, through the earth star chakra, and into earth core, stabilizes your bodies and fields. It anchors you’re here on earth, which is why you came here. Many beings are afraid to anchor here, believing they need to “ascend” out of here. The truth is, you have to inscend into here fully and completely, this is how you “ascend”. You ascend in, not out. If you’re pillar is not connected to the earth, your energy can be dispersed and congested causing health problems especially in the lower areas of your body. You will be unable to embody yourself to any large degree, unable to manifest efficiently, and you will not be an affective reality transmuter.

Start at the pace that suits you best. You can begin slowly, imagining the golden mean corkscrew spiral ascending upward in a clockwise direction, up through your central canal, back to the soul star position about 6 inches above you head. As you get more comfortable and experienced, and your central canal is built, and your four body system (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) becomes more purified and refined, you can move faster.

The Corkscrew Meditation

It is recommended that you do this meditation twice a day for at least three weeks. Once it is widened, it stays that way for life. Additional Antakarana meditations help to reinforce and stabilize it. Here is the meditation as outlined by Djwhal Khul.

1. Say the Soul Mantra three times out loud:

I am the Soul, I am the Monad, I am the Light Divine,
I am Love, I am Will, I am Fixed Design

2. Say the Mantra of Unification

The sons and daughters of humanity are one and I am one with them.
I seek to love, not hate.
I seek to serve and not exact due service.
I seek to heal, not hurt.
Let pain bring due reward of Light and Love.
Let the soul control the outer form of life and all events,
and bring to Light the love that underlies the happenings of the time.
Let vision come, and insight.
Let the future stand revealed.
Let inner union demonstrate and outer cleavages be gone.
Let love prevail.
Let all humanity love.

3. Build one large triangle by moving the Soul Star diagonally downward and forward to a position one foot (30cm) in front of your Earth Star chakra (which is about 6 inches below your feet). Then move the Soul Star to the center of your Earth Star and back into the central canal.

Now move the Soul Star upward in a clockwise corkscrew fashion, widening your central canal to the desired width.

5. End the meditation by saying,

The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the mind of God,
let Light stream forth into the minds of humanity.
Let light descend upon Earth.

From the point of Love within the heart of God,
Let Love stream forth into the hearts of Humanity.
May the Christ we are emerge on earth.

From the center where the will of God is known,
Let Divine Purpose guide the wills of humanity-
the Purpose which the Masters know and serve.

From the center which we call the race of humanity,
Let the Divine Plan of Love and Light work out,
And may it seal the door where duality and separation dwells.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Divine Plan on Earth! X3

AnTaKaRaNa (Rainbow Bridge)
Golden Pillar of Light Exercise

(Aligning, balancing and centering yourself perfectly by anchoring yourself within Mother Gaia, connecting yourself to physical and dimensional creation, through the Star Gates of the Sun (Sol), Galactic Core (Hunab Ku), Universal Core and Source)

Open your Heart Chakra and your Three Fold Flame within your heart of pink blue and gold, and fill your entire body with these energies/colors, creating a beautiful cocoon of your own (Wisdom Love and Compassion), surrounding your entire physical and auric bodies.

Now with your intention, activate and create your Rainbow-Bridge/Antakarana/Golden-Pillar-of-Light around you. (You may also call for assistance from the Ascended Master’s and decree for your Antakarana to activate.

I invoke the assistance of the Ascended Master’s to Activate my Antakarana.

Charge this pillar with Love and Golden Light, energizing you and centering you within your Divine Beingness: “And I command for my Pillar to be fully charged with Golden Love Light and for it to be connected through all dimensions of Source Light, centering me in my Divine Beingness”.

Now using a Fibonacci spiral motion, (use previous picture) spiral this Golden-Pillar-of-Light down into the core of the earth. Or just say, “Antakarana activate!”

Charge this pillar with Love and Golden Light, energizing you and centering you within your Divine Beingness. Now using a Golden Mean spiral motion, spiral this Golden-Pillar-of-Light down into the core of the earth.

Now visualize the Earth's energy, the violet and green Rays flowing up and into your body, activating and cleansing your chakras and energy bodies.

Now open and activate your Prana tube, extending the bottom portion of your prana tube through your Earth Star Chakra to the crystalline core of the earth. Breathe Earth Star Prana through your prana tube into your heart, radiating this Divine Life Force Energy throughout your energy cocoon you have created around you, energizing your Ka body.

Now spiral your entire golden column up, through your I-AM-Presence, through the dimensions, through the Light Cities of Shamballa, through your God-Presence, through the moon, Sun, the Great Central moon and Sun, the Great Great Central moon and Sun, and to Source, connecting you to all dimensions of source light. (This connects your vibration and the earth’s vibration with Source).

Now bring this clear iridescent Source light energy down and through your body, (energizing and enlightening your body, energy bodies and chakras, with its divine vibration), down into the core of the Earth, energizing and enlightening Mother Gaia. (You may spend as much time with each stargate as you wish, bringing those energies down into you. I especially recommend bringing down the Ascended Master energy of Shamballa, (where you God Presence resides), and your own God-Presence from there. You may bring down certain star systems you are aligned to such as the Pleiades... Also Alcyone is a good place to visit and bring down into you).

Now extend your prana tube above your head through the same pathway through your Soul Star Chakra, through the Sun, through the Great Central Sun, through the Great Great Central Sun, and to Source. Now breathe Source Prana through your prana tube into your heart, radiating this Divine Life Force Energy throughout your Love/Light Cocoon, energizing your Ka body.

Now breathe prana directly through your spine from earth, energizing your physical body, activating your DNA, sending this prana up through your pineal gland (in the middle of your brain), through your fontanel (unicorn chakra), out and through the Sun, through the Great Central Sun, through the Great Great Central Sun, to Source and back around all the way down through the bottom of the earth, back through you in the same manner, in a toroid, donut shaped energy field (“mom donuts”). Keep doing this with your breath, in a manner that creates this entire donut around you with you in the center of the vortex.

Now call upon and see St. Germain’s Violet Fire filling and cleansing your entire Antakarana, your entire Light-Body through space, time and dimension, and your physical and auric bodies, of all negativity and any energies not in alignment with your Soul.

Feel your solid centered column of light! Feel your connection with the earth and source! Feel your connection with our solar system, with all the planets and beings residing on them in the higher dimensions. Feel your connection with all the star systems, all the planetary worlds, and all the beings residing on them. Feel your connection with all the Star Commands and Councils around this planet and around the universes. Feel your connection to all life on planet earth and to all life throughout all creation. Feel your absolute centeredness within all creation. Now see this column of Light solidly anchored and set up for the entire day. See it fully set up and strong, radiating golden light and love everywhere you go and with everything you do.

Soul Aspect Clearing & Integration
(Healing Discordant "Aspects" and Soul Extensions)

The details and information about our aspects and Soul aspects is detailed earlier in this book, but in general terminology, “discordant aspects” are parts of you, or parts of your soul, within your energy bodies, and “existing” across space, time and dimension, from past and future lives, that have lost their way and are stuck in a form of consciousness (darkness/separation). General aspects are old limiting or habitual energies, thought-forms, emotions, reactions, memories…, that are currently affecting you or have affected you. These aspects need to be forgiven, released, violet flamed, given up to God…, and re-integrated as Soul experience and part of the Divine Soul.

Soul aspects are parts of you that are lost in trauma, unworthiness, regret…, who are in resistance to divinity or are at odds with some other aspect of yourself and your divine mission based on their experiences, fears and current referential reality.

You have the divine creative ability to help these aspects heal, forgive and re-integrate into your/our Soul. They are aspects of you, so you must help them as you would help your own friend. Get intimate with them, help them forgive, help them heal and bring them back into our Soul, through your Heart.

Often these aspects can even be higher self aspects, often male and female, who are at odds with each other, and need to be integrated with you so that your God Presence may come through as the androgynous Being that it is. For instance, I have a female higher self aspect that is a dolphin. She’s a bit of long wolf, as it were, that loves to play and is basically not interested in any form of “responsibility”, or anything having to do with this world and its dramas and survival paradigm. My divine masculine higher self aspect is a Master and Commander Being who commands “Space” ships and is here to fully and completely and actively create heaven on earth in a big huge and even form based way.

Doly, is also here to create heaven on earth, but in a completely different way, with Divine Play, with spontaneity, with divine formless creation. Just by being, and not by necessarily doing anything or manifesting anything in the world of form, other than just loving creation.

Because we are in this world of form, and I need to actually create things here, and function in a form based way to contact individuals and create group consciousness, I need to be able to function from both of these aspects, in unison, in synchrony, so that my God Presence can come through both of them as one. If “Doly” is resistant to anything resembling “responsibility”, then I will never be able to really “succeed” spiritually or even financially on a large scale because myself as “the Commander” isn’t allowed to get anything done. So up to this point, many projects, careers…, have taken a long time to manifest in my life, some completely unsuccessfully. Luckily I have friends who have helped me to realize these that these aspects were at odds, and I am in the process of healing them and integrating them into me, and me into them. One big happy family.

So I must take care of “Doly” and have as much fun as possible and integrate fun into the Sirius work of Ascension. And I must take care of “the Commander” and actually get some things accomplished that actually make a difference to this world.

My God Presence is now able to get more into me, and work through us. Together we are manifesting awesome divine creations, even through our divine existence and emanation.

This is a big “higher-self” example, other possibilities are past lives, parallel existences, soul extension past lives…, and even actual soul extensions that are in bodies on this planet, other planets, other dimensions, or on ships. Needless to say, we are quite vast and spread out across existence and it is your job, if you choose this responsibility to be all that you are and can be, to rescue all aspects of yourself that are not in direct and loving alignment with your Soul and Monad.

The transmutation and integration of "aspects" and the release of “supporting” energies, such as disembodied spirits…, is accomplished through compassion and love, and with real intimacy. This is not just some visualization technique, it is a real active experience, and will become so more “real” as your clairvoyance opens and you become more empowered.

The clearing, transmutation and integration of 'aspects' is essential for the evolvement of your Soul into higher realms of Divine Consciousness and awareness. It clears your pathway to easily and gracefully integrate your God Presence into the human body of consciousness, creating the Christ-Body, and keeps the pathway clear for you to be able to function in a continuously divine manner in day to day life, without denial or the illusions of unworthiness, separation, survival...

“I call upon my I-AM-Presence to enfold me in a double pyramid (octahedron, two pyramids base to base), of Golden Light”.

See this double pyramid descending and completely surrounding you. You are in the central of it, with the upper point directed to Source, and the lower point in the earth.

Place your attention once again on your Central Column of Light (Antakarana) that is connected to the Source and to the Earth. Focus on your heart and feel your powerful Love.

Decree, “I Call upon assistance from the Akashic Record Board and the Karmic Board to assist me in this process”.

If you have the ability, you may look yourself into the Akashic records to see who is out of whack and ready to come back in to the fold right now.

Look, feel and recall any old limiting or habitual energies, thought-forms, emotions, reactions, memories…, that are currently affecting you or have affected you. With your divine Love and Will, draw these aspects into and through your heart, up through and into your Golden Pillar, transmuting them into the Light, (giving them up to God, to your Soul).

If you have made any agreements or vows to continually act in these certain ways or from these certain fears, release these agreements now.

"By Divine Decree, in the name of God Goddess and my own God Presence, and with the power and essence of Divine Grace, I now break all agreements that I or anyone else in this body has ever made with you, across space, time and dimension, to act or react in any way, or be a certain way… I release to the light all entities, energies and implants that have supported or maintained these agreements, beliefs, fears, , thought-forms, emotions, reactions, memories… And so it is, it is done!”

Now look, see and feel with your clairvoyant knowing, within you and around you, across space, time and dimension, for any and all Soul aspects of yourself, or Soul extensions that are currently in discord with y/our Soul or that are related to any issues that have arisen for you and ask them to all be placed inside of Love Cocoons.

Call upon the Angels for assistance and invite in and surround yourself with all of your Soul Extensions, and fragmented aspects of self (past, present, future, and genetic extensions),
Ask them if they will allow themselves to be placed inside of Healing Love Cocoons.

“I Call upon the Angels for assistance and I draw to myself all of my Soul Extensions and Aspects that are ready for healing now”. Speak to all of them intimately, “will you all please place yourself inside of Healing Love Cocoons”. See the Angels assisting them.

Ask everyone “will you please forgive all experiences and people associated with where you are in your consciousness and will you please forgive everything that makes you not forgive that situation”.

Now give everyone a gift, a golden Light Language encoded disc called a ‘Tzolk’in Wheel’. And say, “please allow the Tzolk’in Wheel to spin through your chakras to help you forgive, and to remember the Love that you truly are”.

Now ask the Angels for an "Angelic Activation", which will remove all vows, agreements, implants and programs which have supported those limitations and ways of being. “I call upon the Angels for an Angelic Activation for myself and my beloved Soul Extensions, and I call upon the Divine Mother to take care of them and place them in stasis until they have forgiven and healed all that keeps them in resistance and separate from the wholeness".

“And I call to the Karmic Board for a complete karmic clearing for us all.”

Now bring everyone in through your heart, and up through your Pineal, through your Column of Light, into your Soul, back home!

Note: It is unnecessary to do this technique every day. In the early stages of awakening, especially if going through lots of initiations, you will need to do it regularly, otherwise, you can skip this one unless you feel drawn by your spirit to do so.

MerKaBa Meditation

At this point I highly recommend that you activate your MerKaBa by doing the “MerKaBa Meditation” ala Drunvalo Melchizedek, if you already know this meditation. If you do not, as an alternative, I have included another excellent MerKaBa activator, called the “Heart of the Legacy - Unified Chakra Meditation”, (courtesy of Aliyah Ziondra). I have not included Drunvalo’s meditation because it should optimally be taught to you by a qualified Flower of Life instructor, or Light Body Master, such as myself, so that you do the proper technique and know the full details about what you might experience. Alternatively, you can obtain this meditation from his books, “the Secrets of the Flower of Life”.

Additionally, you may also do the quickie version by decreeing: “MerKaBa Activate Now! MerKaBa Activate Now! MerKaBa Activate Now!” and trusting that your body/mind/Spirit will know what to do. It is basically accomplished with intention. Intend that it will happen and it will. Doing this simple decree is fine if you have previously done emotional baggage clearing ala the Violet flame and other techniques which have already been included in these Daily Meditations. This is an absolute necessity because if you have any uncleared crap in your light body fields and you activate your MerKaBa, it spins with this baggage, activating and expanding it even more. This is why in Drunvalo’s meditation, the first 6 breaths are for clearing your 8 electromagnetic circuits that are associated with this emotional energy release.

Also highly recommended in regards to these circuits and the baggage that can be associated with them before fully clearing and activation, is the “Ceremony of Original Innocence”, taught by Juliet and Jiva Carter and also by myself.

I ask that the highest level of my Spirit
And the Divine Presence,

Filling the Kingdom completely.

Ground multi-dimensionally. Imagine a thick line of Light beginning at the Omega chakra (eight inches below your spine), extending upwards through your spine and on upwards into the upper part of the unified field. Ground into the vastness of your Spirit.

Allow your Spirit to stabilize you. Run twelve lines of Light downward from the point of the Omega chakra, opening around your feet like a cone. You are not grounding into the Earth. You're stabilizing yourself across the parallel realities of the planetary hologram.

God Presence Mergence

(Calling Forth Your God-Goddess Presence to Merge with you)

Decree with the full force of your being:

“By Divine Decree, with the power, the essence and the Love of God-Goddess-All-That-Is and Elohim Grace, I invoke my God-Goddess-Presence to fully anchor within my being merging with me as One! Charge me with our Divine Creative Love Light, creating and maintaining perfect Divine Health and Vitality! Charge me with this Unconditionally Loving Essence that I truly am, creating and activating the Christ Light I AM! And remain merged with me permanently!”

“And I invoke the full assistance of the Ascended and Cosmic Masters of Light and Love, my Divine Councils, the Christed Extraterrestrial Councils, the Angels, Devas and Faeries… in my process of clearing, healing, merging, embodying, guidance, activation and channeling in my life”. x 3

And invoke:

“I am the Monad, I am the Light Divine,
I am Love, I am Will, I am Fixed Design”.

“I am God-Goddess Presence, I am the Light Divine,
I am Love, I am Will, I am Fixed Design”. x 3

(You may do some toning, light language and/or add other words of power and mantras to accelerate your vibration, (saying each one at least 3 times), such as: “God I AM, God-Presence I AM, Goddess-Presence I AM, Monad I AM, So Ham (I am God), Elohim I AM, Shekinah I AM, Adonai, Om Shanti, Om Namah Shivaya (invoking the Supreme Guru who is the Self of all), HU, AUM, OM…”)

See this God Presence that you are descending into you. It may appear in many different ways. Mine looks very Angelic and very big, with wings. It descends into me and anchors within my body so that it/we are now looking out through my/our eyes. You may also accelerate this meditation by seeing yourself in the God Presence Temple in Shamballa on the 6th dimension. See yourself in this huge Golden Light Temple of Remembrance. Walk to the middle of the temple and lay down upon the crystalline bed that is in the middle. Then call forth your God-Presence to embody you. Allow your God Presence to guide you into whatever experience s/he desires. Feel this absolutely marvellously wonderful energy within you.

You may now ask for special dispensations and mergences with specific beings that you work with or desire to work with. You may call for a mergence with these beings.

“I also call for the mergence of ________________________.” (Examples: Lord Maitreya, Quan Yin…, or my Divine Mastery, or Mother Earth…

“And I call for a special dispensation to receive ________________________.” (Example: Clairvoyant abilities, healing of my bunions, clearing of my zits…

“And I call to God-Goddess for all of my chakras, energy bodies… to be cleansed, activated, harmonized and aligned” as you chant this.

“And I call for the Ascension Waves to continually activate through my energy bodies and life”.

Now visualize a golden double star tetrahedron (3D Star of David) that surrounds your entire body, activating around you. Now place small golden double star tetrahedrons in each of your chakras (earthstar, feet, links [between knees], root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, thymus, throat, brow, crown and soulstar). Now say, “Ascended Master’s, Lord Metatron..., please activate my MerKaBa now! I command and request the full and complete activation of my MerKaBa fields now, it is done! MerKaBa Activate! MerKaBa Activate! MerKaBa Activate! Now! Thank you!

Now intend for each of these double star tetrahedrons to spin in the direction (and rate) at which they naturally wish to spin, and to activate and energize all of your chakras, as you chant the God Presence mantra 13 times in long resonant tones to create God Presence connection within your energy bodies and life. (13 is the number of Christ Consciousness).

(The Ankh option) Or you may visualize a golden ankh of immortality descending into your body (as big as your body) and then place small golden ankhs in each of your chakras. Now intend for each of these ankhs to spin in the direction (and rate) at which they naturally wish to spin.

Energetic Protection

Decree, “By Divine Decree, with the power and essence of God-Goddess-All-That-Is and Elohim Grace, I invoke my I-AM-God-Goddess-Presence, the Ascended Masters and my Guardian Angels for permanent divine protection from all energies that are that are not in alignment with my Soul, and I ask for an Angelic Activation to release all vows and agreements to take on any negative energies”.

“I also invoke the nature Devas of the land and electricity, to be divinely protected from all energies that could potentially affect my system in a negative way, including: electromagnetic radiation, geopathic stress, air, water and energy pollution, parasites, viruses, psychic attack, genetically modified food, chemicals… I ask that all these energies be sent back to their source”.

“I also ask for great assistance to always remain in Diving alignment and always be positively affected amongst all adversity”.

“I now invoke and command for my entire physical and energy body system to be surrounded in an Ascension Column of Light”. This column is golden iridescent white in colour.

Now enfold these in a Golden Light Column which is platinum on the inside and gold on the outside. And surround the Ascension Column with a wall of Violet Flame to clear and dissolve any energies that you may come in contact with.

“And I call upon St. Germain’s Violet Consuming Flame to surround me always and burn up any negative energies that may try to enter my fields”.

And I now invoke the Golden Dome of Protection from Archangel Michael to surround me in a Bubble of Golden-White Light.

(Archangel Michael serves on the First Ray and him and his Angel’s specific function in the Divine Plan is to provide protection and clearing).

Also, please maintain this Golden Column of Light, and the Golden Dome or Protection 24/7, and automatically activate the Violet Fire at any time I may need it to clear anything I may have picked up, and continue disintegrating all psychic cords between myself and anyone.

Now see this Divine Column and Golden Dome of protection remaining firmly anchored around you all day, wherever you go and whatever you will do for the day.

A note on protection: Some people might say that if you are asking for protection, then you are implying to the universe that you need protection and therefore will manifest negative energies based on your fears. To a large degree this is true, but my recommendation is to cover all your bases. First off, take care of your fears, delete them, heal them and realize that you do not need protection from anything. Then CYA (cover your ass) with a little protection for unforeseen circumstances.

The fact of the matter is that there are countless negative entities and energies everywhere, including all the people on the planet that you interact with daily who do not take full responsibility for their energies and reality. And any open doors to receiving their vampiric wrath will of course manifest these energies until you have cleared your stuff with them. Some you have agreements with to allow them to screw with you, others you do not. For the one’s you do not, you must put yourself in an appropriate space to imply to the universe that you deserve to be treated harmonically.

Energy protection isn’t going to keep negative energies away that you have agreements with to allow. Many of these agreements are simply social programming to put up with crap (because some part of you believes itself to be unworthy of respect and love) and act in certain co-dependent ways with people. Others are old and ancient from past lives. Of course it is recommended to release these agreements when they become known. Regardless, all energies must be dealt with in the appropriate manner. So take care of what you have the ability to take care of internally and dimensionally, and everything else let your God Presence and cosmic buddies take care of them.

Now finish off with the “Invocation to Light”:

Anchor Rainbow Bridges through and into your Chakras. Anchor various Ascension Chambers.

Energy Check – check regularly during the day and for any boogies, patterns, judgments, psychic cords…, that have popped up during the day and clear them using vow rescinding, decrees, toning, Violet Flame… Take any energies off through your Antakarana... Give everything up to God.

If you have been out in the world, make sure to clear all EMR (electromagnetic radiation), psychic cords, and auric garbage you have accumulated during the day. Do some toning, and rub sea salt on your chakras before you shower. Swipe the energy off of your chakras, especially your third eye and give all of this energy up to God.

Nightly Exercises

Before going sleepy bys, check for any boogies, patterns, judgments, cords…, that have popped up during the day to clear them using vow rescinding, decrees, toning, Violet Flame… Take any energies off through your Antakarana... Give everything up to God.

Ask the Ascended Masters to place you in Ascension Chambers and Regeneration Chambers while you sleep, to regenerate and energize your body.
