Introduction

The Ascension

We are indeed blessed, beyond all human understanding, to be living in this truly remarkable time of the Ascension of this planet into a Star, and humanities Ascension into immortal bodies of Light. If you look with your knowing, to see how truly awesome this time is, you will be amazed beyond all human expression.

This planet is Ascending. And we as the species upon it are Ascending. We are enlightening humanness, the species and consciousness of human. We are ascending individually and communally, in conscious awareness of our true nature of Divinity, oneness with each other, the earth, and oneness with All Life. Our awareness is expanding completely beyond the old civilization’s limited perception of reality.

We are doing nothing less then actively and consciously Co-Creating Heaven on Earth by descending our Spirits, our true nature, our Essence, into these limited bodies, (thus re-creating them to be unlimited), by really being here fully and completely. We are Co-Creating Heaven on Earth by expanding our awareness and perception of self, by being and acting as the awesome Cosmic Masters that we already are, within these human bodies.

Physically we are ascending as a species. We are literally becoming light. Our bodies eventually will be all light. We are light now, but a much denser, less aware version of its true nature. This true nature is what we are becoming.

We are creating a galactic human species; a civilization of light that lives every day as masters of Divine Expression. The days of limitation are over, it is time for the illusions of unworthy, sin, power, control, lack, competition and survival and the civilization which lives from this perception, to transmute into a civilization of Prosperity, Cooperation, Unconditional Love and Divine Grace.

We are literally becoming the Gods that we already are.

Chapter 1

Heaven on Earth

We are Co-Creating Heaven on Earth, this is the planetary ascension now taking place. How life will be in this new Golden Age of Light is exactly as you imagine it to be from the simple description – Heaven on Earth.

Heaven on Earth is manifesting with or without your help. This is an unconditional ascension, it is an absolute, a certainty of the Divine Plan for this planet. It is it’s next step in evolution. Ascended Master Sanat Kumara has passed on the embodiment (planetary logos) of this planet to Lord Buddha. Lord Buddha will now take us into the 7th Golden Age of Light.

You have no free will choice in its manifestation, your only choice is in how you will experience it, and if you will experience it. Your only choice is wake up to your divinity and Co-Create Heaven on Earth, be the Love and Truth that you are, or kick and scream for separation, denial and survival. If it is your Divine Will choice to experience your personal ascension as well as the planetary ascension and experience life as a Divine Spirit within a Light body, then you will do so. If you accept unconditional love as the only true reality, then you will experience this ecstatic transformation of the full and complete manifestation of Heaven on Earth.

If you choose otherwise, you will have to fight harder and harder to keep Heaven out of your life, and when the time comes, when light and love is the prevalent existence, all darkness will have to go elsewhere to continue experiencing illusion. We will give all of humanity every possible choice, we will allow the illusions of power, control, limitation and separation up until the last minute, then these distortions will no longer be tolerated and will also energetically be impossible, we will be living in a 5th dimensional space of consciousness where the distortions cannot exist.

Darkness will be completely illuminated, there will not even be a shadow. We are in the transition zone, walking between the two worlds of limitation and Divine Expression. The vision of Heaven on Earth is within us, it is in our consciousness. It has manifested and is manifesting, it exists in true reality. Go there in your consciousness now and see it, it is here now, it exists dimensionally, cosmically. We are Heaven. Look within and you will know it, it can be seen here as well, but you must use your true reality vision (trulavision) to see it.

Co-Create Heaven on Earth in your life. Manifest your vision of Heaven on Earth! You are its creator. You are the vision! You are Heaven, a walking talking individual expression of Heaven! Heaven on Earth is here now!

Chapter 2

Life is the Initiation

As the transition continues, count on initiations – life is the mystery school. Count on your life completely and totally changing. Count on radical shifts in conscious awareness. Count on everything in your life no longer being important. Count on great inner technological abilities.

Your commitment level will be tested by the old world, by the forces of condensation, (limitation), to see if you are truly committed to the light, to expansion, to Divine Expression. You are a transition team member, an ascension specialist, a heaven manifestor, a reality transmuter. Heaven is manifested by commitment, commitment to Truth, to God, to your Divinity, (which is really allowance and surrender to these natural ways of being). Heaven on Earth is manifested by your willingness to give up everything you have known, the bad as well as the good. To surrendering to the mystery.

Heaven on Earth is manifested by your commitment to giving up free will to Divine will. So the initiations will continue until there is no doubt left in you. Because doubt and confusion are not your natural states. You will be asked to redefine your perceptions of everything: family, friends, relationships, children, money, things, nature, space, ETs, etc.

You will be required to give up all the identities that you have known for a much greater identity. The initial big initiation will be to give up all identity completely. This is the gift of the Indian and Buddhic spiritual teachings. These masters help us to get in touch with our wholeness, our complete oneness with All That Is, that which you truly are.

Prior to this awakening, you were addicted to your personal will and your egoic separate sense of self. This was necessary to experience separation and limitation. Most of you are going through or have gone through this initiation, the release of all that you are not. You see, enlightenment is easy, all you have to do is let go of all that you are not, which is everything. When you let go of everything, then you realize you are nothing. You are no thing. This is a wonderful place, stay here as long as you need to.

When you have experienced oneness with All That Is, when you no longer have any identity and it is real for you, then you will be ready for your next step. This is Ascension, this profound knowing of oneness with all life, expressing itself through an individual en-light-ened body. A body that matches the frequency of your consciousness. This is balance, heaven and earth as one. Cosmic and relative reality together as one. Cosmic human, Enlightened human, God man.

You are Enlightening humanness by fusing the world of form with the world of spirit – this is ascension. You are living a miraculous spiritual life within the world of normality. You are living a normal life within the spiritual world of truth. You are incorporating the physical world of limitation into the unlimited world of spirit. You do this by living in the moment, balanced by grounded things in life that you must do.

When you outgrow your clothes, you get new ones. We are outgrowing our flesh suit. Its carbon and genetic base no longer matches our high level of awareness. Our genetics are being mutated, activated, to accommodate these increased levels of light, and allow us to experience and express more divinity and everything that goes along with it. Your physical body may experience many physical mutations as a result of this radical transformation to Light Body, we call these ailments mutational symptoms. These symptoms are not related to any form of disease, they are just physical reactions to the intense light levels you have allowed into your body and your conscious awareness becoming more vibrant and acute.

Shift your perception away from the illusion of disease, there is nothing wrong with you, you are just mutating. You may experience symptoms that appear like typical diseases such as “cold or flu” symptoms: congestion (mucous), headaches, back pains, earaches, eye discomfort….and many other mutations that will be unexplainable by fundamental medicine, but do not be deluded by human perception, these are merely reactions to chakra openings, glandular openings, system re-alignments, Light Body activation's etc., as you embody more light.

Chapter 3

The Genetic Shift

This ascension is a genetic ascension, as well as a spiritual one. You have been limited by your genetics, on physical human levels. Your DNA was altered so that you would only experience limitation. Your DNA is now being transmuted to enable a more unlimited expression. You can honestly blame a lot of your limitation in life on your genetics, because you are a divine Spirit doing your best to express through a very limited physical form.

We are becoming crystalline in nature, where our cells no longer die and replace themselves, but metamorphose at will. Being silicon based rather than carbon based. We are becoming Air beings, rather than Earth beings, able to flow, and fly and change at will.

You are manifesting/activating your light body daily as you awaken further, this is birthing the new species. This body will enable you to express yourself more fully and “be yourself” more easily. Our light bodies are activating with the shifts in consciousness, and you can accelerate this activation by becoming a conscious breather, by breathing prana and activating your MerKaBa (Lightbody) with the MerKaBa meditation and the Unified Chakra Meditation , or other similar methods and spiritual activation's. But everything you do that accelerates your awareness to true reality increases your light quotient and activates your Light Body. You can ask for light quotient increases from your higher self and the Ascended Masters. You can also call in any past light bodies that you have formed on other planets you have ascended, to help with the creation of this new earth one. But the biggest tip I have that will accelerate your ascension is to Be Yourself!

Be yourself (Divine Selfishness)

That’s it. Be yourself and you are enlightened. Discover and know your true Divine Essence, that eternal unchanging ever present essential beingness that you are. The biases and predispositions of your true nature and the Divine rhythm individual to you, your Divine Character. Discover and know your unique gifts that you offer to humanity and all of creation. Discover and know your Divine Function, (what you do best in the scope of ascension), that is inherent to your essential personality, the natural bias of your divine essence.

You are one with All That Is, but you are unique, there is no one like you in all of creation. You are an awesome wonder of the workings of the Omniverse, an integral part of the entire creation of All That Is. You are God expressing itself at a single point. You are a unique, individual, creative, divine, expression of All That Is, and without you - All That Is would not be complete.

Discover and cultivate true sense of self. This presupposes I am not speaking about ego, which would be described as the false sense of self. So first discover that there is no self, then rediscover true self, your essence unique to you, that part of the grand creation of All That Is.

You will realize that your true sense of self is simple and humble yet truly awesomely spectacular, especially since you are part of the God force. Drop all old identities completely, they are still part of your soul experience, but they are not you. Rediscover your true identity, divine existence, expressing itself as consciousness through humanness. Sat-Chit-Ananda – consciousness, existence, bliss – the evolution of awareness. Be the bliss that you are.

Be concerned first and foremost with self. Do not avoid self by being overly concerned about the wellbeing, safety and spiritual unfoldment of others. Be divinely selfish, looking after your own heart and soul, being who and what you truly are, expressing your perception of reality through your beingness, consciousness and existence.

Being divinely selfish is an act of self love, an act of generosity to self. Love yourself by being divinely selfish. Treat yourself like you ought to be treated, like you are the center of the universe, because you are.

Religion, with its guilt and distorted perception of selflessness, has propagated the illusion that it is wrong and selfish to think of yourself before others. The intention was to imply that we are brothers and sisters and that we should help each other, but this “brotherly love” has been distorted to be an over-identification with family, friends, town, country and religion over the self. This distortion of the truth has been used as a guilt tactic, to keep us under control and never thinking about what we need for ourselves, to keep us from questioning reality, and the political and religious systems. How can you take care of the speck in your brothers eye when you have a log in your own. This was some of the best advice Jesus ever gave us.

Find out what you want, what you truly want and act on this. Help others awaken when they knock on your door. Make yourself available to help others, but do not solicit as if they need you, they do not, everyone is in the hands of their Spirits, and are masters underneath the human facade, but if their next step is to interact with you, honor that master within and entrain them to your level, and discover the gifts they have for you.

Act locally and of course I mean really local, in other words - your self. You have no control over others but you have control of self, or your perception anyway. You have control over how you will perceive self, how you will perceive others etc. The way to make global change is to be yourself, diligently, don’t be what the world wants you to be or what your piers want you to be, or what your ego wants you to be, or what your lovers want you to be, or what your family wants you to be.

Honor and respect all life as you naturally do. “Think” globally, being discerning of what people are doing on planet earth and why, and allow them their games, but know it is their last chance to muck around before all games of power and control are done on planet earth.

And once again, take care of yourself, be discerning about when all interactions and relationships are complete, so that you do not put yourself in abusive situations. When you are treated as a master with respect, the interaction is synergetic, (energetically synchronis), if you are not, then the relationship is devolutionary and should be terminated, and they should be left to their own illusions. In the New Civilization, all relationships are a part of the Divine Mystery. The Divine Mystery decides what a relationship is going to be, how long it will last, what’s going to happen in the relationship, and when the relationship is going to be over (when the synergy is complete). All relationships are initiations of the realization of your Oneness with All That Is.

Be God in a body. God knows everything, so know everything. God is love, so be love. God respects all life and all realities, so respect all life and all realities. God allows all, so allow all. Bless the world with every step you take. Grant your blessings upon everyone and everything, thank everyone for their presence, for they are all integral parts of the wholeness of All That Is.

Be the Father, be the Mother, be the God, be the Goddess. Be Angels, be Devas, be ETs, be rocks, be trees, be flowers, be animals, be birds, be cars, be computers. Be all things and you will be one with all things. Be all life and you will realize your oneness with all life. Be all people and realize your oneness with all of humanity. Be Enlightenment! Be Ascension! Be Light! Be All That Is!

Be a walking talking expression of Divinity. A change agent. A Reality Buster. Do what you naturally do best – Love. Know that you always Love even when you don’t like. Realize that everywhere you go, everyone is affected profoundly in your presence. They are affected by the vision that you live and emanate. In your presence, everyone’s Divinity is in their face. Be All That Is expressing all its wonders in one single point. Be a wonder of the workings of the Universe. Be magic, be the mystery, be a miracle. Allow yourself to have “supernatural” God-like abilities. Touch others with your Light. Heal and bless and live a miraculous life of divine Grace. Illuminate the illusions of the world of darkness with your divine light. Be the divinity you are, be God Man, be God Womb Man.

Always have faith in God and the Divine plan, that everything is as it should be. Do not have any faith in the old system, you will be disappointed – guaranteed. Do not look to the old world for stability – it is not designed for stability, it is a system of competition, control, survival and lack. If you want security, prosperity, cooperation and balance – look to the new civilization, look to God. Do not try to save the old world, just let it die. Instead, put your attention on the new world.

Stand fast to your vision of Heaven on Earth and live your life accordingly. Trust yourself - know that you know truth, that you know love, that you know light when you see it.

Be a Servant of Truth,
rather than a Master of Illusion!

Heaven on Earth Now!

Everybody asks me: “When will Heaven on Earth be here? When will the new world manifest? When will things change? When will I be awake fully? Here’s the cosmic joke: it is already here, but you just don’t recognize it. You are already awake, but you believe otherwise. You’re still dreaming the dream instead of being the dream.

His disciples said to him, “When will the repose of the dead come about, and when will the new world come?” He said to them, “What you look forward to has already come, but you do not recognize it”. His disciples said to him, “When will the kingdom come?” Jesus said, “It will not come by waiting for it. It will not be a matter of saying, ‘here it is’, or ‘there it is’. Rather, the kingdom of the father is spread out upon the earth, and men do not see it”. – Gospel of Thomas, Nag Hammadi texts, Codex book 2.

Heaven on Earth is all around you, but you might not be able to see it because it is a miraculous inner world that the political self of humanity tries to hide and disregard. A world that you cannot see if your inner reality is not that of Heaven. You must be aligned with this reality to see it. Goodness and Godness is everywhere but people do not see it because their world is a world of suffering.

Humanity is surely waking up, (with or without their conscious cooperation), but to see this, you must look deeper than typical reality, beyond the reality they project. If you only look around you, you will not see much change. But if you look with your other senses, with your knowing, awareness, and consciousness, you will see the awesome world that we are building. And you will see beyond the illusion that humanity projects, you will see the Divinity in everyone. This is your gift to everyone.

How do we manifest Heaven on Earth now? How can I personally affect change in my life and the lives of others? Be who you are now! If you don’t quite know who you are yet, then be the best you can imagine, be as you would be if you were Jesus or Buddha. Deal with people and situations as Jesus would, as Buddha would. Jesus was Heaven on Earth incarnate, he gave us the perfect model to follow, God in a body. Be that - be and act like God/dess in a body.

Be enlightened now! Be how you would imagine an enlightened master to be. Be an ET Master now! Be an Angelic Master now! Be an Ascended Master now! Live Heaven Now! Be who you are in heaven, here now, settle for nothing in your life that is less than Heaven on earth.

Deal with everything as an enlightened master would. Live life from this premise: does this exist in heaven? If not, it is an illusion and should be left behind with the old world, one of the many things that will no longer exist in the new world. What in your life will exist when Heaven on Earth is fully here? Money, technology, survival, jobs…., do you think any of these things will survive the onslaught of the Light of Divinity? Do they exist in Heaven?

Want new abilities? Do them now! Don’t wait for them to be developed, or for you to learn them, just do what ever it is right now! Want to start doing miracles? - then do them now! Allow the Angelic Hosts to help you create miracles. (Read how Jesus performed miracles in the Urantia book). Heal people now, trust and know that you can heal someone right now, and do it. Trust your intuition – be psychic now! Use your knowing now! Find out, using your own knowing, the answer to everything and if something is true and real or not. Be You and these things happen naturally.

Chapter 6

You Are Perfect!

The most important thing you can do for yourself and your awakening process, is to Recognize Your Magnificence, for you to recognize how totally awesome you are; to know how loving you are; how truthful you are; how gentle; how kind; how strong; how compassionate; how caring; how powerful; how beautiful you truly are - now - without any changes or adjustments, without getting rid of anything that is part of your beingness, just as you are now, you are absolute magnificence.

You are perfect just the way you are. Recognize and be this perfection, do not doubt it for a second. You, consciousness you, and the human character you have developed, are intricately and perfectly designed for the expression you are, for the expression of the wholeness of All That Is.

You do not need to learn anything, earn anything or become great - you are already great, you are an awesome Master, you probably just forgot this - but luckily you are now remembering. You do not need to work on your stuff. You do not need to become enlightened. You do not need to ascend. All you need to do is recognize your magnificence, simple as that. This is the awakening process.

Everything you thought was wrong with you is exactly what is right with you. Nothing of your beingness is unlovable. All your “faults”, “weaknesses” and insecurities are totally perfect to develop strengths for your soul, and are perfectly designed for you to experience reality in your unique way, to awaken in a certain way with a certain bias, and to transmute dysfunctional limited pictures of really for all of humanity.

You see, you all came here to make change, to really be here. You had to purposely forget who you are. You adopted amnesia to forget. To do this you adopted the limitation structures of this world of limitation, and you adopted beliefs that you had faults, that you were somehow broken and needed to be fixed. It is now time to remember who you are and why you came here. It is time for you to release all of your beliefs that there is anything wrong with you and realize you are perfect just the way you are.

Chapter 7

Patience / Impatience

As a planetary ascension transitioner, it will be highly beneficial to your sanity to develop patience, because you will be waking up fast and furiously and everyone around you will be crawling like turtles. You may at times become quite frustrated with the rest of humanity. You must realize that your experience of reality is not dependent on others, and you have all of eternity to do whatever you need to do and experience. You have no creative control over others, other than being your true Divine Self. So you will have to be patient with your brothers and sisters and know when it is time to be impatient because there is something to be done. Patience is something that is natural when you realize that you are not limited by time, when you live in the moment.

Impatience is an energy, or feeling you experience when you have a sense that you won’t get what you want. It is also connected to our perception that there is not enough time. There is no need for impatience, time is an illusion, a creation relative to form experience, and relative to your perception of it. You are not limited by time as if it has control over you, we are timeless immortal masters with the ability to instantly create anything from nothing. You have all of eternity to grow and experience. We each have a completely different relationship to how long it takes for something to resolve itself. We all experience life in our own unique way, and we all wake up at our own paces.

You may be mixing up impatience with intense longing. Longing is the way Spirit manifests things, it gets you off of your butt. Divine impatience is a knowing that something needs to be done and something great will be required to accomplish it, and there may be elements in the forces at play that are slowing the progress of its manifestation.

Ascension is a process not a goal. Ascension is an experience not a result. Ascension is not about getting out of here and leaving your body, Ascension is about fully getting into your body. “If you are doing the process of Ascension to get off of the planet, please die, you’re a waste of space” - Tashira Tachi ren, Angelic Outreach. There is no final destination - growth and ascension continues forever.

Heaven on Earth is manifested in each now moment. It is a goal indeed, a vision of splendour, but it is an experience, it is manifested from your expression. Live to experience Heaven on Earth now in every moment, not to arrive at some final destination some day. Heaven manifests by what you do now. The most important thing to do in every moment is to do what your Spirit asks you to do. Live to follow your Spirit, be a servant of Divine Will. Follow your Spirit without hesitation!

The McDonald’s syndrome – Give up your western instant gratification mind. Everyone wants everything to happen now, and for someone else to do the work. Many people were disappointed when 2000 came around and nothing happened. Yes, that’s true, no thing happened. Nothing drastic happened on the exterior, but internally, in consciousness, we are making quantum leaps.

Earth manifestation time is now extremely accelerated due to the increased levels of light available. There is enough time for everything, the new civilization will manifest and there is ample time to Co-Create it, and there is massive assistance available to help us do it.

Chapter 8

Have Fun!

This is my next biggest recommendation – Have Fun! Be you and have fun being you, what could be more fun than being the magnificence that you are. This experience is supposed to be fun, and really is fun, you just forgot - so now you need to get back to a place in your consciousness where you realize that you are already having fun. No matter what you are doing, have fun doing it, because you as consciousness always has fun with this human experience. Realize that you always have fun even when it “feels” like you are not. To experience this go to true self, pure consciousness, be still and know that you are always in joy.

If you are stuck in limitation and wallowing in emotional issues – have fun doing it. If you’re having difficulties releasing your fascination with the old world, then enjoy these fascinations till you are no longer fascinated with them. Master limitation first to know what limitations really exist on this planet, then go beyond them and master Divine Expression.

Play a lot! Play with kids a lot. Play like the kid you are. Find other playful people that do not take this experience to seriously. Play in the dirt and water a lot, this is your natural state of beingness, to be playful and commune with nature and it grounds the cosmic you into the human you. Commune with the nature Devas and fairies. Commune with the Angels, Ascended masters, ET’s Gods and Goddesses….

Have lots of beautiful sensual loving sex, a truly cosmically grounding experience. Get and give lots of hugs. Hang out with like minded people, and when you must interact with lesser aware individuals, have compassion for them, it is just not their time to awaken yet, they still desire to experience limitation.

Don’t worry about Earth Changes. Drastic earth changes were predicted because it wasn’t looking good for a while, but we accelerated the vibration of planet earth to such a degree that massive earth changes are now unnecessary. Know that you are always in the right place at the right time, doing the right thing, with the right people. The Divine Plan has always been for a gentle transition. Put your attention on Creation not destruction.

Chapter 9

Health and Light Body

This entire process of realization to self, is in essence, preparing your physical body for light body. Full Ascension is when your light body is activated and you are vibrating at the speed of light. In the process of awakening, you are preparing your body for light body. You must become light in order for you as Higher Self (Light Being) to reside within your form.

Part of that process is assisting your body with that transformation on wholistic levels. Most beings have been doing this already. Many have begun their awakening process by involving themselves in natural therapies, yoga, meditation, vegetarianism etc., many have become practitioners themselves, as a way to transition from the old world to the new. Eventually western medicine will be obsolete, except for emergency situations, but even that will be obsolete as our healing abilities become acute, and we can even set bones and remove impediments to the natural flow of the body.

Until then, as you master and awaken your healing abilities, I recommend taking care of yourself. Eating ‘Light’ live foods is recommended, including lots of raw veggies, fruit and water, and of course lots of chocolate, especially Swiss chocolate. If you need to experience eating animals still, then do so and do not judge yourself for it, there are no rules. But take responsibility for your actions. If you could honestly hunt, kill, gut and prepare that animal yourself, then go right ahead and enjoy it. But if you must rely on someone else to do your dirty work for you, then you are being irresponsible.

Eat whatever you “really” want. Food is part of the fun of being human, enjoy it and the survival instinct that goes along with it, until you are done being fascinated by them. Eat for fun and well being not for survival. Eventually we will no longer eat at all, so enjoy eating while you can.

Clean your colon. Get your sewer system working well to clear out all those toxins. Detox your liver and kidneys. When your colon, liver and kidneys are clean and functioning well you can unload impurities in your physical body much easier. I recommend acupuncture, herbology, naturopathy, osteopathy etc., to help your body with its mutational symptoms as it transitions to light body. But use these therapies for support and balance only, not because you are unhealthy. You are not sick, you are just mutating. And I highly recommend Light body work, which many extraterrestrial Masters are remembering how to do. Light body healing and fine tuning will take care of everything that no therapy will.

Eat Spirulina (excellent concentrated mutation food). Take NACLO2 (stabilized electrolytes of oxygen). (Oxygen is the number one element we need for optimum health. No disease can exist in an oxygen rich environment). Eat sea salt and sea minerals to conduct electricity through your nervous system. Spend lots of time in the ocean, lakes, rivers, (for flow) and nature, to ground you to the earth, and balance out all that cosmic energy you are embodying. Get lots of massages and take lots of epsom salt baths and bubble baths, with lots of essential oils in the water.

Anything you can do to assist your body do it. But do not get bogged down in trying to create the perfect healthy body, because based on what I have learned from my experience with alternative therapies and natural foods, this is relatively impossible, at least from a purely physical sense. In other words, you must take care of all levels, because everything that happens in the physical happens first on higher levels. So you must take care of the emotional levels, mental levels and spiritual levels.

Since all reality is perceptual, rather then striving to be healthy, (as if you are not), you must be health itself. Health is your natural state, disease is an illusion, it is a creation of separation and resistance to Spirit. You don’t need any diseases just so you can feel alive. Ease is your natural state, not dis-ease. Feel alive now, don’t put it off till you’re forced to. Be healthy now without doing anything - because you are health itself.

Food will not save you. Being healthy will not save you. Food and health are parts of the external world, they are no surrogate for inner fulfilment. They will not give you eternal life. Food will not uplift you spiritually so that you can be better then the masses, so that you will no longer feel mediocre and “normal”.

Don’t play games with yourself, if eating meat and junk food did not fulfill you, then how do you expect strict health regimes to fulfill you. If you imply more rules in your life, you will naturally want to resist them, especially since you are naturally a rule breaker. So if you have a few vices, go ahead and enjoy them. Have some fun for Christ sake. Being puritanical will not make you enlightened. They mean nothing and are only part of the experience called human expression. ‘You’ have no vices, only the human you thinks that you do. Realize the difference between a vice and an addiction, the difference between experience and denial.

Chapter 10

Feeling

Give yourself permission to feel every possible feeling imaginable about anything. Give yourself permission to be judgemental and opinionated. ‘You’ have no judgements, only the human you thinks you do. Realize the difference between judgement and discernment. What you believe to be an opinion, or judgement might just be your discernment of the truth.

Enjoy all aspects of humanness, the clean parts and the messy parts. Give yourself permission to be outrageous and expressive, to say what you think and express what you feel. Do not edit yourself. Do not alter your behavior to spare other peoples feelings. You are not responsible for how people react to what you say or do. It is your job to just be you. What is evoked in others by being in your presence is their business and their responsibility. Just be a conscious channel of Truth.

You may, as an expression of divinity, do and say things that are “too” much for people. More than likely it is exactly what they needed, they just don’t know it yet. The same goes for you. People will do things to you that seem disrespectful, unloving and selfish, and they probably are, but this behavior might be exactly what you need for your growth, to stand up for your truth and your preferred reality.

Balance – be aware of and express in unison, your spiritual, mental and emotional bodies. You as Spirit, uses your emotional body to feel. You as Spirit, uses your mental body to think. You as spirit uses your physical body to experience and express through. Speak with authority when it is yours to do so. Express your emotions when they desire to be expressed. Do not limit your expression for anyone or anything. Be a master. Act as a master does. Allow your body to be free, without any inhibitions, on all levels. Allow yourself to feel and express and experience the blissful sensations of the body.

Realize that you are multidimensional and exist in many places at once. Be open and aware that you here are affected by you elsewhere, and you are affected by your soul mates, and your growth affects them. But be here now, this is the most important part of Ascension, being here fully – this is what Ascension really is – it is not leaving here but fully being here. Be here now! Manifest the future now! Co-Create Heaven on Earth now! Live Heaven on Earth now, don’t wait for it to manifest so you can jump on the wagon, get on the wagon now.

Be courageous to be who you are. Be courageous to live who you are. Be courageous to express who you are. Courage is being afraid and doing it anyway. Allow yourself to feel helpless and powerless and unworthy and yucky. Don’t try to deny these feelings the way humanity does by acting powerful, or strong, or courageous, or full of worth, or by acting beautiful. You don’t need to act like these things, you are these things - you are power , you are strength, you are courage, you are beauty.

Remain open at all times. This is your best protection from dense energies and vibrations. You are God force expressing itself in a body, nothing can harm you, when you truly know this you do not need armour or protection from any force. Within this openness is complete awareness and impeccability, you see the truth and beauty of every situation and the possible danger of every situation, since you see you are in control of the outcomes of situations based on your actions. This is true protection when you realize you need none.

Do everything with passion and compassion - from your Spirit; from your heart; from your consciousness; from true awareness; from truth; from love. Feel and express the joy that is in your heart – anytime, any place, any where, regardless of peoples reactions. Really find that joy that you naturally have, that is naturally you, that the world has tried to stomp out of you.

Be gentle, kind, generous, merciful, and compassionate, but know when fire is a necessary element to embody and use. Give yourself permission to feel and express anger honestly (divine anger) and unrepressed (because of some spiritual ideal that says anger is bad). And realize that usually what is behind typical human overindulgent projective anger is sadness. And we have all repressed a lot of it. To humanity, to show sadness and tears is to be weak, to be powerless. (But of course tears are not weakness but strength). So this emotion is repressed. Anger is used to mask this sadness, because this emotion is perceived to be strength. (But of course in this usage it is weakness).

Allowing your emotional experience of the initiations of your awakening is the key to your Ascension. It is a doorway directly to 5th dimensional reality, and Love is the key to this door.

As you go through these initiations of your awakening to your magnificence, and delve deep into your feelings of unworthiness, powerlessness and separation, you will suffer and you will experience every emotion imaginable connected to this suffering. And to get through it as quickly as possible you must allow yourself to feel these feelings fully and completely to transmute them to higher potential’s and to release them from your identity and reality.

I personally recommend, based on my experience and my personal makeup, to cry a lot. Allow yourself to cry and feel your sadness. Crying and the expression/release of grief is so freeing, it is truly amazing. Grief is a natural process of release, as the old world dies we will greave for it and as old structures leave us as we accept our Divinity we will experience grief similarly to how we would for a “dead” loved one. Many of our feelings of resistance to release old structures is we are afraid to feel these feelings of grief.

Feel your pain; cry your eyes out; allow your emotions to be as they are; surrender and allow sadness and tears. I guarantee you will feel better afterwards. If you have trouble crying and expressing your pain, sadness and grief (or any other emotion) – I recommend doing a few exercises:

Find a private place. Stand and allow your body to move to the feeling – whatever it wants to do. Do not walk around. Ground your feet and express what you’re feeling through your arms, legs, butt, torso, neck, head….

After about 3 minutes or so, stop moving and now do sound. The sound is aaah. This is the sound of the heart, it will connect you to emotion. Express this sound gently and connected to what you are feeling. Do sound only for 3 minutes or so. Now put sound and movement together. Start movement without sound and then add sound, doing them both together. If you feel like crying in a fetal position, do so.

You can do this exercise for any specific emotion that you have troubles expressing, and you can do this as a general emotional freeing exercise. In this case do happy for 10 seconds, then do angry for 10 seconds, then sad for 10 seconds. – (Do it truly, naturally, connected to real emotion, do not indicate emotion like some soap opera actor). Do rounds of just movement, and just sound, and both. Do this for about a half an hour. You can also do this laying on the ground. This can be quite freeing.

Now do it without choosing any specific emotion and allow whatever is there to be expressed. The different emotions will flow in and out very quickly as our emotions naturally do.

All the emotions can be bundled up into three different ones: happy, angry and sad. All other emotions are subheadings of these three. Each different emotion you will express your body and sound in synchrony with the emotion. Your sound and movement of angry will be louder and ‘angry’. Your movement and sound with sadness will be soft and gentle. With happiness, jubilant and giggly etc.

Getting in contact with your emotions and being able to express them in sound and movement allows you to truly be able to live in the moment. And also to keep your feelings and expressions home, not projecting them onto others.

If your emotional dramas have been evoked, I recommend leaving any social situation you are in, going to another room and doing this exercise to find out what is really going on beyond the manipulation and control of the drama.

Real emotion does not manipulate and does not want anything – it just feels and experiences. You may want something to assuage this emotion or take the pain away but in and of itself it just feels. If you can do this exercise with someone, all the more better. Especially in a relationship drama. If you can both go beyond the shit slinging of words and the story, and get to feeling, to emotion and express it, you will make quantum leaps together.

Chapter 11

All the World’s a Stage…

Life is an acting part, a movie, a dream. You are an actor in other people’s movies and in your own. We are the director, the supporter, set designer etc, and sometimes just an extra. You are an actor in the drama of humanness and creation. The drama of separation that builds into a nice happy ending – Heaven on Earth. Oops, I gave away the ending, oh well, you already knew the ending anyway you just willingly forgot it so that you could play the part convincingly.

Since you know it’s a play, go ahead and have fun acting in it, go ahead and live outrageously, courageously, the audience expects it and the more outrageous you get the more they cheer and clap, because this is how they want to live their lives, they just do not allow themselves to.

Go ahead and enjoy the adoration, but know they are adoring what is being evoked in them - their own Divinity. And be aware that humanity’s favorite thing to do is look for any human weakness or frailty to try to hook you with so that you will doubt yourself. But do not succumb to their games, you are a master regardless of how others perceive you.

Great beings should be honored and respected, not idolized. The Gurus and Masters are for your upliftment and entrainment, they are not your saviors. No one can do it for you, your pathway of ascension and realization is your own, we can walk together part of the way, but you must enter the doorway on your own.

Enjoy your role as a secret agent. An undercover Ascension specialist, here to infiltrate the distortions of this reality and create a spiritual revolution and remember - the best comedy is always tragic. Watch lots of movies and plays so you remember that it’s all a big Cecil B. DeMile epic.

Chapter 12

The Paradox – Separation and Oneness

Delight in the separation! Marvel at your individual aloneness. You are a unique individual unlike any other being in all of creation, and paradoxically, you are most definitely One with everyone and everything in this Universe of universes. You are special and so is everyone else, everyone and everything, all individual miraculous expressions of All That Is - all alone, all One.

You are oneness and separation. Separation is contained within the oneness of All That Is. Do not try to resolve this paradox, this is the cause of ‘real’ separation. If you live in the balance point between oneness and separation, you will be balanced within your own beingness.

Separation, the illusion of it and reality of it, is a gift, not a curse. It is what this beautiful epic is all about. Without separation this physical world could not exist, therefore could not be experienced. Enjoy this separation, it is not the enemy, nor does it limit you. As a human, you are temporarily limited here, as a spirit you are not. If you go to one extreme or the other then you will be polarized, out of balance. If you try to live comfortably numb like typical humanity, then you will live solely in the world of suffering and survival. If you try to live in the opposite polarity of oneness alone, you will be living another illusion, idealistic oneness. Oneness only exists if it is real for you and not idealistic, you must be truthful with yourself. Separation is an illusion of the world of form, but until this is real for you, then separation is real. And until oneness is really real for you, then it too is an illusion.

You are a spirit having a human experience, not a human having a spiritual experience, although it can seem the opposite because you as consciousness see through these human eyes, but do not be deluded, do not be misled by your false sense of self (aka ego). We are combining the cosmic with normal three dimensional reality, we are fusing Heaven and Earth. We are currently living in the transition zone, the paradoxical middle between Heaven and hell, and your free will choice is which reality you prefer.

Experience the magnificence of your aloneness. This is your atonement, your - at-one-ment. Balance the cosmic with the earthness. Welcome the initiation of aloneness, the initiation of ALLONEness. Many people are afraid of being alone. First off because they will feel their feelings of separation, their feelings of aloneness. But their real fear is ALLONEness, their loss of individuality, the loss of their aloneness, (which is really the loss of their separate false sense of self, the egoic political self). And probably their worst fear of all is their own magnificence, afraid of their light and the light of ALLONEment.

We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

As we let our own light shine, we give other people permission to do the same; as we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Chapter 13

Following Spirit (Higher Self)

To experience and live within the paradox of oneness and separation, you must connect to your Higher Self. You must merge the unlimited, cosmic, spiritual world, with the world of form and limitation. You must Follow your Spirit without Hesitation.

You as human are accelerating your consciousness and body, reaching up to the realm of spirit to Higher Self – this is Ascension. You are pulling your Spirit into you, and your Spirit is doing its best to enlighten the human you, so that human you can be more embodied by Spirit – which is descension (or inscension). This is another paradox, you are ascending and descending at the same time. You are becoming this Higher Self, or more accurately realizing that you are this Higher Self. Follow your Spirit without hesitation until you realize you are that Spirit, then be yourself without hesitation.

So your ascension of consciousness, your awakening allows for descension to happen, they coincide with one another. The more you as human listen, and feel and are open and conscious, the more you as Spirit may descend. The more you realize you are that spirit, the more you may reside here and really live here as a cosmic human.

The more you open to the higher vibrational frequencies of light, the more you live within these frequencies, (living Heaven on Earth), you ground them down into this dense reality creating Heaven on Earth here and now. It is as though you are reaching into heaven (Ascension) and pulling it down to you (descension).

So similarly as you open to following spirit without hesitation, as you follow inner guidance, as you listen to your intuition and allow you as higher self guide you as human, you realize more and more that you are that inner guidance, that you are that Spirit, that you are that intuition. Descending Self into self.

When you follow your Spirit, and connect to this Overself, your identity expands quantumly, you are no longer a struggling human trying to get out of here, trying to be spiritual, trying to become fulfilled, but realize you are that fulfilment, you are that Overself. But it is a process of realization, a process of awakening and transition, enlightening humanness; it cannot be done idealistically but realistically, you are not truly higher self until it becomes real for you, as you as humanness have experiences of the true nature of your beingness, of your magnificence, of your true expanded unlimited divinely expressive self.

So until there is full descension and you are completely light within human, there will be two points of reference, and I urge you to see clearly from these two points. One is your perception of you as human, reaching for your greatness, reaching for enlightenment, reaching for Spirit/Higher Self, reaching for the stars, and ET’s and Angels and all things expanded.

The other you is you as Overself, the God Self you truly are. You as Spirit, as a being of Light, that resides in higher vibratory realms of Love, Light and Divine expression. That essentially resides in Heaven, a place of Oneness and Love. And you as this Spirit are doing your best to get as fully into the human you as possible. You are doing your best to awaken the human you to its true eternal essence, and you are having to use every trick in the book to do so.

You are guiding you to go places, and attend courses and read books and meet certain people, all “purely coincidental”, to wake up that humanness as quickly as possible. You are doing your best to wake you up to you. So you as humanness, can help you as Spirit, by listening, and allowing, and by surrendering and by accepting your Divinity and your Divine authority. You can help yourself by realizing that you are through playing the games of limitation and amnesia, and that it is now time for a new game called divine expression, and divine realization. It is now time to cease trying to attain heaven, but to be heaven now, to be the angel that you are.

Now everything happens with free will, you as higher self will not usually just wake you up magically, quickly, without your “consent”, your participation from humanness is essential, especially on a planetary level, because we are waking up as a species, and you are a planetary wakeup specialist, a species ascender. And as you awaken, as you realize who you truly are and say yes to Spirit, gradually awaken and accept your Divinity, everyone witnesses this transformation, and all the “work” you have done to awaken and realize self becomes energetically available for others on a complete planetary level, because we are all connected. It especially becomes available for your entire genetic lineage.

So you must say yes and realize when it is time to ask for more and when it is time to just surrender to what you have. (Please read “Surrender to Self –Creative Control of Reality” available on my website). This is the balance between human self and higher self, because as I have described, you are working independently as well as working together, a paradox. You must recognize when it is time to act and when it is time to just breathe, feel and experience. This is where Ascension technologies come in handy to assist yourself and realize the truth of free will. I have included many of these consciousness altering technologies in my booklet “Ascension Masters Tool Kit”, many of which came via Extraterrestrial Earth Mission. (I have already spoken of MerKaBa and Unified Chakra meditations. I also recommend Joshua David Stone’s books, especially the “Complete Ascension Manual”, “An Ascension Handbook” by Tony Stubbs, Amorah Quan Yin books….)

Now I recommend doing these techniques, especially when you are drawn by your Spirit to do so, to release limitation structures etc, and to receive assistance from the ET, Angelic and Ascended Master realms. But don’t become bogged down with using techniques, as if you can manipulate the universe to give you enlightenment. Ultimately, consciousness is the key, your perception must be real and true, you cannot push the river, use these techniques and meditations until you are done with them, until you are above them.

As you awaken to who you truly are, you will no longer need any techniques, or meditation, you will need absolutely nothing in the world of form. You are whole within self, you do not need anything for your realization, certainly not for the maintenance of your realization. Once you start realizing true self, it only increases incrementally, unless you decide to be stupid and start resisting your own awakening, which is what many people do. But everyone can only resist so long before the force of evolution is upon them and they are “forced” to awaken. Actually what will happen is there will be so many awake people on earth, and the truth will be so blatantly obvious and in everyone’s face, that everyone will wakeup by default, in a similar fashion to social consciousness.

Previously, society dictated, as a majority, that reality was a certain way. You either went along with society or you were an idiot, a heretic, a radical and were outcast, excommunicated, stoned, burned, hung….. But the table is shifting, the outcasts are soon becoming the majority. The Lunatics are taking over the asylum. Soon the majority will be beings of love, light and realization and everyone else that still wants to muck about with illusions of power and control and denial of self, will be outcast, they will be the heretics. Of course we will not truly see them in this manner and will not truly reject them, for we know the truth, you will honor their illusion and allow them their denial, always having compassion, but in a human sense, you will have nothing to do with them, they will be as a clanging symbol to your energy fields.

People who do not recognize their magnificence and subsequently recognize yours, you will give a wide berth. You will (and you would be wise to do so), only surround yourself with beings that evoke and allow your magnificence. You will recognize these beings as your true friends, for they know what true friendship is. Others will be merely acquaintances. This is the best technique you can use to assist yourself with your awakening – surround yourself with beings that are vibrating synchronistically with yourself. Seek out those that are awakening hard fast and furiously.

And seek out those that have awoken sooner then yourself. Seek out the masters, incarnate and discarnate, for they are your guides, they will entrain you to this higher levels of awareness. Then you will become the master to entrain others. This is how the awakening process works, the experts wake up first and wake up the other experts. Then we wake up the masters in training, then the masters in training wake up the experienced beings, then they wake up the position teams, (those beings that came here to set the whole experiment up) – and so on….. (Please see my article - “The Position Teams & Transition Teams - The Reality Creators & Dismantlers”)

How do I follow Spirit? Follow your intuition without hesitation. This is the voice of your Spirit talking to you. Be guided by Love. Be guided by Inspiration. Go where there is enthusiasm, (en-theo-ism = in God Consciousness). Be led by the Key Feeling Tone of your Divine Essence. The excitement that you experience in your heart and soul when you are doing something that is absolutely right for you. Be still and open and allow space to receive direction from you as Higher Self.

Projects that are supported by Spirit will flourish easily with a minimum of effort. You will also have a lot of energy for these projects because Spirit is providing you the energy and support necessary for their completion. When things become a struggle, then it is time to drop them, they are no longer supported by Spirit. Some of the pain that you may feel during the transmutation process is a result of the times that you said no to spirit. They are brought up to be cleared now that you are following spirit.

Be guided by knowing. Do not rely upon belief or proof, or anything conditional from the old world to determine what is real for you, use your Divine Knowing, that stems from the energetic signature of your Divine Essence to determine what is real and true for you.

Knowing is simple recognition of Truth. Knowing is not something your mind can do. Knowing is a whole being experience, where your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies all resonate with excitement. Whatever your mind makes up about that does not matter. It is a waste of time trying to figure out if you’re accurate or not. You do not need to prove anything to anyone. What you know in a given moment is unquestionable, and what you know in this moment can change instantly in the next.

Know that you have the answers to every question, if you don’t know something in the moment, then you don’t need to know it . Teach by example, from this knowing, from what you know is true. When you know you are a master, others will know you are as well and will be drawn to your Light and guidance.

Proclaim that you are a Master here to Co-Create Heaven on Earth with other Masters. Use your Vision of Heaven on Earth as the only way of measuring what is real. Everything else is just a manifested illusion. Go to Satsang, until you are Satsang. Go to the Guru until you realize you are the Guru (G U R U). Go to the channel until you realize you are the channel. Go to workshops until you realize you are a playshop. Read books until you realize you are the book.

Following your Spirit is Conscious Channeling. You as Spirit, are channelling into here - be the conscious channel you are. Conscious Channeling is living in the moment. Living in the moment is true ascension. Are you living moment to moment, flowing with the force of spontaneous creation, or are you a robot, living a life based on the past or the future and by obligation and duty?

If you don’t follow your Spirit, and allow yourself to be guided by Divine Will, then your Spirit will have to herd you around like a cow to get you to go where it wants you to go. This is why you are often in situations of pain and suffering, because if pain and suffering are the only things that you will listen to and be guided by, then your Spirit will use them to try to awaken you from your slumber.

This is how Spirit moves people that are not awake in the least because people naturally move away from pain and suffering, it is easy to guide or manipulate people in this way because they will always run away from these situations. This tactic can be used for good or bad. This is how the controlling powers have herded us around. People either follow or resist authority. They either run towards pain and suffering or away from it, all survival oriented reaction guided by fear not love. Follow your Love without Hesitation, not your fears.<
